2. Eligibility

To place an order, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information

3. Products & Services

We sell beauty products, skincare items, gift cards, and accessories.
All products are:

  • Described as accurately as possible

  • Subject to availability

  • Priced in CAD
    We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

  • All applicable taxes are added at checkout.

  • We accept all major payment methods supported by Shopify.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

5. Order Processing

Once your order is placed:

  • You will receive a confirmation email.

  • Processing time is typically 1–3 business days, excluding weekends/holidays.

  • Orders cannot be modified once they have entered processing.

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Incorrect information

  • Product unavailability

Refund will be issued automatically if the order is canceled by us.

6. Shipping

6.1 Domestic Shipping (Canada)

  • Standard and express options available.

  • Delivery timelines depend on the carrier (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays.

6.2 International Shipping

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility.

  • Some countries may not be eligible for shipping due to regulations.

6.3 Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once the package is handed to the carrier:

  • Everskin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
    We will assist in filing a carrier claim.

7. Returns & Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final on:

  • Skincare

  • Cosmetics

  • Personal care items

  • Gift cards

If the product arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours at [your email]

  • Provide order number + photos
    We will replace or refund depending on availability.

8. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are delivered electronically.

  • Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Valid only for purchases on Everskin.ca or in-store (depending on card type).

  • Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

9. Intellectual Property

All images, logos, content, designs, and materials on Everskin.ca are the property of Everskin Laser Salon and may not be copied, used, or reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Everskin is not liable for:

  • Any allergic reactions or adverse effects (please read product ingredients carefully).

  • Delays, system errors, or third-party service interruptions.

Purchasing implies you understand proper product use.
If unsure, consult a professional before use.
