Everskin Online Store – Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Processing times may be extended during:

  • Holidays

  • Sales events (Black Friday, Boxing Day, etc.)

  • High-volume periods

Once the order enters processing, it cannot be modified or canceled.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • Weight/size of the package

  • Carrier service selected

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


3. Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We ship across Canada using Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or Purolator.
Typical delivery times:

  • Standard: 3–9 business days

  • Express: 1–3 business days

Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.


4. USA & International Shipping

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

These charges are not included in the product price and are the customer’s responsibility.

If a country is temporarily unavailable for shipping (for example, due to high duties or restrictions), the order will be canceled and refunded.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Link to track your package

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not able to change the address once the order is processed.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once the package is handed to the carrier, Everskin is not responsible for:

  • Lost shipments

  • Delayed deliveries

  • Stolen packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:

  • Check with neighbors or building concierge

  • Confirm the shipping address

  • Allow 48 hours in case of carrier delays

  • Contact the carrier directly to open a claim

We will help assist you in the claims process but cannot issue refunds for carrier-related issues.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will issue a replacement or a refund depending on product availability.


8. Missing Items

In rare cases, orders may arrive in multiple shipments.
Please check your confirmation email to see if items are shipping separately.

If something is missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery


9. Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender

Packages returned due to:

  • Wrong address

  • Unclaimed packages

  • Delivery refusal

…may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
